Use them however your situation calls for it: one call before a care conference, another when new paperwork lands in your hands, a third once your loved one is actually home and you realize the plan didn't account for the stairs. I'll help you understand what's being recommended, ask the right questions, and know what you actually have the right to push back on ā€” so you're not making high-stakes decisions alone, at 9pm, with no one to call.
